2nd Consultation on Proposed Residential Development – 2-20 Tomlinson Close & Garages site, Tomlinson Close E2.
On behalf of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, we would like to invite you to participate in our second community consultation event regarding the proposed residential development of 2-20 Tomlinson Close & Garages site, Newling Estate, E2.
Working in collaboration with Stockwool architects we are proposing an exciting new development, consisting of much needed 100% affordable homes which will also improve the immediate as well as its wider context including public realm improvements, reorienatation of the ball court and the community allotments.
We look forward to hearing your feedback and any questions that you may have about the proposed development.

We will be hosting two drop-in sessions where you can speak to the project team and the architects directly regarding this development. The details of these sessions are provided below.

At the consultation events, you will be shown indicative imagery of the proposed development and will be able to give us feedback in order to shape the future development at Tomlinson Close.

The consultation period for all feedback will end on Sunday 23rd February 2025.
