BUILDING PROPOSALS
The proposals for Caxton Grove comprise a six-storey residential development offering:
• 26 new, high-quality homes, including three suitable for wheelchair users.
• 12 homes to be delivered as affordable housing
• The affordable housing will include 5 larger 3 and 4 bed apartments suitable for families.
• 14 homes offered for sale on the open market.
• All residential units will have a primary aspect facing south across Four Seasons Green
