Consultation has concluded

Tower Hamlets Council currently has a contract with external company Parkguard to patrol and enforce against anti-social behaviour and crime on council-owned housing estates.

However, from 29 September 2024, this contract is going to end and instead the Tower Hamlets Enforcement Officers will start patrolling and enforcing on council estates.

The council wants to know what its tenants and leaseholders want to see from that service, so that your views can inform the way the patrol service is delivered to you. There will also be a reduction in the charge levied to pay for patrolling as a result of the ending of the contract.
