Consultation has concluded

Following feedback from residents regarding traffic management and the public realm around Cavell Street and Maples Place, the Council would like to hear your opinions on a proposal for the area. The scheme can be summarised as:

  • Cavell Street will operate one way northbound from Stepney Way to Whitechapel Road
  • Maples Place will operate one way southbound from Whitechapel Road to Raven Row
  • Tree planting throughout the area
  • New footways for Cavel Street, Raven Row and Maples Place

The consultation will run until 21th November.
