We are evaluating the impact of the council's Welcome to Tower Hamlets guide.

The guide has been designed as part our Welcome to Tower Hamlets programme and provides valuable information to new migrants to help them feel at home in Tower Hamlets. It aims to help people contribute to the local community and develop knowledge and confidence to navigate the borough and access local services.

This short survey will help us gather feedback on how useful the guide is for people. This will allow us to identify if there are any areas we can add to or improve in both the printed and online versions of the guide. We will also share a report of our findings with the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, which provides funding for the programme.

If you are a new migrant living in the borough or if you've been involved in this programme, please complete the survey.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your thoughts and comments.

If you need support

If you would like more information or support with the survey, please contact Halimun Choudhury at Halimun.choudhury@towerhamlets.gov.uk or on 020 7364 5000.

Staff at Bromley by Bow Centre (BBBC), East London Advanced Technology Training (ELATT), Account3, Limehouse Project, St Hilda's and Poplar HARCA have been supporting people to complete this survey, and may be able to provide a paper copy to you.

Please note, if you need to arrange a paper copy of the survey, you will need to follow all government guidance on stopping the spread of coronavirus. Contact Halimun Choudhury or the organisation listed before visiting to check what's possible.
