This survey is for service providers and community organisations. If you are a resident and in need of support, please email PPE@towerhamlets.gov.uk or call 020 7364 3030.
We have been running our emergency mutual aid PPE scheme during the coronavirus pandemic to make sure service providers in Tower Hamlets are able to operate safely.
We would like to hear from you to help us plan for our future PPE requirements. We expect requests for PPE to remain high over the coming months, and by completing this short survey you will help us to ensure we can meet this demand.
If you have already used the scheme, we hope you can also provide some feedback on how you have found the process so we can look at how we can improve.
Your responses are voluntary and confidential and you will not be contacted about your answers. If you have any questions, please contact the PPE team on PPE@towerhamlets.gov.uk.
This survey will close on Sunday 12 July.
