Consultation has concluded
London Borough of Tower Hamlets is now consulting on its annual Post-16 transport policy statement, which sets out the travel support that is available in the borough for young people of ‘sixth form age’ to attend education or training from September 2023.
We are required under Section 509A of the Education Act 1996 to consult with everyone who is involved with supporting the education and training of young people, especially young people and their parents/carers. We would like to know what you think about our statement and how it could be improved.
You will find the draft statement for 2023-24, and supporting documents, in the Document Library on this page.
This consultation opened at 9am, Monday 27 March and will conclude at 5pm on Friday 5 May 2023. A revised statement will be published here by Wednesday 31 May 2023.
