4pm - 7pm

The event will be held at the old portakabin site opposite Trinidad House in Gill Street.

For the safety of all residents and staff, the consultation event will take place in strict compliance with government guidance on social distancing. All visitors and staff must adhere to the rules.

Council officers will be in a gazebo erected close to the rear wall of the site. Residents must only approach from the front where the table will act as a two-metre barrier. Black and yellow tape will be used to keep a two-metre distance between those attending the event.

• Face coverings must be worn at all times. 
• Copies of questionnaires will be handed to those who attend to take away, complete and return on the day or by post (pens will not be available).
• The maximum face to face time for each individual to spend with officers will be 15 minutes. 
• Residents must attend individually unless with young children or assisting anyone with a disability. 
• Cleaning materials and hand sanitiser will be available throughout.

These events will be held on Zoom.

There will be two sessions: 2pm to 4pm and 5pm to 7pm.
