Leasehold Alterations Policy

A new Leasehold Alterations Policy has been developed to set out a framework for how we grant landlord consent for leaseholders to carry out various types of alterations to their leasehold properties.

The policy will enable the fair and consistent processing of applications for alterations while providing clear guidance to residents on requirements and procedures. Foremost, it will ensure that all decisions consider health, safety, and structural integrity before landlord consent is granted.
