Growing Good Housing Practice
In February 2024, the Regulator of Social Housing introduced its first proposal for the Competence and Conduct Standard, which requires that all staff involved with the management of social housing have the relevant skills, knowledge, and experience necessary for their role.
Following initial co-production in June 2026, we now invite residents to review our draft outputs (Housing Management Learning and Development Policy and Procedure, Housing Services Charter, and Housing Management Behaviours Framework). These will improve professionalism across all staff within our landlord services. We need your input to make sure that changes will serve residents as best we can.
