Complete other projects first

I do not support this proposal. The council should prioritise completing existing regeneration projects, such as Chrisp Street Market, before starting new developments. The proposal also appears to provide little or no additional parking, which will put further pressure on local residents and visitors. In addition, replacing the current open space with large residential buildings could reduce natural light and make Augusta Street feel darker and more enclosed. More consideration should be given to parking, sunlight, and the impact on the character of the area before proceeding.
