Consultation Events
The proposals for the site to the north of Caxton Grove will comprise a high-quality, mixed-use scheme that will replace the existing single-storey community facility and ball-court currently situated to the south of the railway.
We would like to talk to you about the proposals and get your views and feedback. To do this we have set up a couple of Zoom meetings for you to join where we will present our designs and answer any questions you may have.
These meetings take place on Thursday 25th February 2021, at 2pm – 4pm and 5pm – 7pm.
If you are unable to attend either of these online events, we would still like to give you the opportunity to have your say. Why not have a read of the information below and fill out our survey.

The scheme will comprise a new community facility at ground floor level with 24 residential flats above, providing a mix of dwellings for affordable rent and market sale. The area of public open space to the south of the site will be upgraded with new landscaping, including a dedicated children’s play-space alongside a new ball court area of equivalent size to the existing ball-court.
